No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake



Ingredients

For the crust

 • 2 cups (200g) crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

 • ½ cup (115g) melted butter

 • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

For the filling

 • 2 cups (450g) cream cheese, softened

 • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)

 • ¾ cup (90g) powdered sugar

 • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 • 2 tablespoons orange zest

 • ½ cup (120ml) orange juice (freshly squeezed)

 • 1 tablespoon orange gelatin powder (or 1 teaspoon orange flavor + a few drops orange food color)

For topping (optional)

 • Whipped cream

 • Orange zest or thin orange slices

Instructions

Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange cream cheese mixture. Add orange gelatin powder (or orange flavor + food color) and fold until evenly mixed.

Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and orange zest or slices. Slice and enjoy the creamy, citrusy goodness! 🍊💛
